Veneer Part 1

Here's how I replaced the wood veneer on the dashboard of my 1971 Mercedes W108. My apologies for the strange camera angles, I recorded a bunch of it with the phone in portrait orientation instead of landscape! This is just my method, I'm no expert, this is the first one I've ever done but I'm very happy with the result and wanted to show people how easy it is Part 2 will (hopefully!) show what I did to colour the veneer and coat it.
