In this video, we'll show you how to make step-by-step process to create a Zentangle-inspired artwork like the one you shared: =============================================================================== ✍️ Step-by-Step Zentangle Process: "So Relaxing" Pattern 🪄 Materials You'll Need: Sketchbook or drawing paper Fineliner pen (e.g. 0.2 or 0.3 for detailing) Pencil & ruler (for grid setup) Eraser (optional) 🔲 Step 1: Draw the Grid Using a pencil and ruler, draw a grid of equal squares. → In your image, it looks like a 8×6 grid of squares. Keep the spacing uniform to maintain symmetry throughout. 🌀 Step 2: Create Curved Webs In each square, connect the corners with curved lines. Curve from one corner to the opposite, then add parallel curves inside to create a web-like structure. These curves should form a fan or wave within each square. Repeat in each square rotating the direction — top left to bottom right, then next square: bottom left to top right, and so on. This creates that eye-catching “ripple” effect across the entire piece. 🥚 Step 3: Add Oval Shapes (Beans or Seeds) In the center curve of each square, draw elongated ovals (like seeds). They should follow the shape of the curve and stay within the fan-shaped area. Make sure they are evenly spaced and similar in size — about 5 to 7 per square. Leave these ovals white for contrast — don’t fill them in. 🖤 Step 4: Fill the Background Once the ovals are in place, darken the negative space around them using your pen.
