Jeff Davis is CEO of Coalmarch, a specialized growth and marketing business serving pest control and lawn care companies.
He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Coalmarch and WorkWave, where his responsibilities included full P&L ownership and go-to-market strategy. Before that, Jeff was VP of Strategic Growth at TEAM Software and President of Kwantek, where he drove double-digit growth before the company was acquired by TEAM Software.
Earlier in his career, Jeff led sales development at ZirMed, now part of Waystar. Across these roles, his experience has covered sales, marketing, strategic growth, acquisitions, technology, talent development, and executive leadership.
