Will AI Replace Coaches? My Predictions to 2028 - MASTERCLASS

This is my third annual session on AI and the future of coaching, recorded live with my community on 21 October 2026. I've been making public predictions about AI and coaching since the summer of 2024, so I start by checking how those played out. Nearly a billion people now use AI chatbots, and coaching and therapy are the main use cases. Anything that can be run step by step as a technique is getting close to free, while deep transformational work is holding its value. From there I share my predictions to the end of 2028, along with the question I've been sitting with: as AI takes on more of the surface of this work, how do you deepen the part only a human can do, and make sure the people who need it can find you? My suggestion is that you become the coach people recommend. I also get into the one thing an AI will never be able to do, and why the principles are needed more urgently than ever.
