Nature One: My first time DJing in front of people!

I played my very first live DJ set in front of people on day 74 of DJing – and I couldn’t have imagined a better place than the Nature One camping grounds. It started with a struggle: I brought my own studio monitors to our camp, but the bass made the table shake so much they fell over. My neighbors were setting up a massive sound system, noticed me, liked my sound, and invited me to play on their stage. The planned one-hour set turned into a 5-hour journey. The vibe was amazing, people started dancing right away, and I just kept going. Playing live is a different beast than practicing at home. I was super nervous at first and felt lost—but after a few tracks, it clicked. After the first hour, my setlist went out the window and finding the next track became chaos. Lesson learned: better organization. I also realized some transitions were a bit too hard—I know where to be smoother next time. Despite the challenges, the feedback was incredible.
