Female irregular heartbeat with frequent extra beats

30 yo female's irregular heartbeat at cardiac apex, around 70 bpm, with roughly 60 cardiac cycles (full heatbeats). A cardiac cycle consists of 5 cardiac events and a full cycle means all 5 events could be recognised. When it's interrupted or partially skipped, that's not counted as a full cycle. So, the heart's real pumping performance per minute is better described with the cardiac cylce number than counting the beats per minute. Here my heart frequently makes extra beats, at 00:37 and at 00:45 two extra beats after a normal beat. This is called an ectopic beat, or an extrasystole (extra contraction). They can be of atrial, ventricular or junctional origin and pump no blood, however they are common and are usually benign. Here I have atrial extrasystoles and as a fun fact, I recorded this right before sleeping and didn't even realize them, only when listening to the recording.
