NEW Stasis Praxic Hunter is BROKEN! WTF is This Survivability?! -50 GM Arms Dealer

You get 50% DR from Frost Armor, 15% from Amplification, 70% from Void Overshield, and another 50% from Winter's Shroud. When all four are active, that is a ridiculous 93.625% multiplicative damage resistance, meaning you take just 6.375% of incoming damage. On top of that, the Warlord's Ruin x4 set constantly maintains x5 max stacks due to Praxic blade / Shuriken & keeps feeding HP in chunks. To start the loop, throw your Shuriken and it will weaken everything it hits due to the Void Overshield from Fortune's Favor Exotic + Singularity Blade artifact perk. Then toss your Glacier nade between ads and use Shatterdive. It will deal decent damage + instantly give you x7 Frost Armor for 50% DR. Next, spray Velocity Baton to print an Orb with Attrition Orbs. Since we weaken everything with Shuriken earlier, if Baton gets a kill it will refresh Void Overshield with Repulsor Brace. Then switch to Praxic and use sword block to block a projectile and proc Amplification for 15% DR while greatly reducing enemy accuracy against you. After that, hit with Praxic Blade. It will apply Weaken if the target is not already weakened and also max out the stacks of the Warlord's Ruin x4 bonus. Then use dodge, which will proc the Warlord's Ruin set bonus and create a healing turret that constantly feeds you health in chunks, keeping you alive. It will also trigger Winter's Shroud for another 50% DR. By this point, you'll have all your buffs active while everything around you is weakened. Praxic Blade with Impact Core and a Stasis Super can stun all three Champions by itself due to Slow + Shatter + intrinsic Anti-Barrier. Honestly, I doubt the Stasis Hunter Praxic Blade can get any better than this. The damage & survivability are great, but the only thing it lacks a bit is ad clear.
