Today on The Local Edit, we’re heading to Adriano’s Italian Restaurant in La Fuente, just a short drive from Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Adriano’s is known for its homemade pasta, so naturally we had to try some of it for ourselves! We start with their homemade ravioli, filled with spicy beef and served with a creamy Parmesan sauce, mixed mushrooms, dehydrated chorizo and truffle oil. For our mains, Scott tries the chicken with creamy mustard and Parmesan sauce, smoked bacon, creamy mash and broccoli, while Yasmin goes for the chicken and chorizo linguini with cream and Parmesan sauce. And, of course, we couldn’t finish without dessert! We try both the panna cotta and the salted caramel cheesecake to round off the meal.
