I Took a Cheap Load Across America… Big Mistake?

The King of the Deadhead journey continues! 👑🚐 I started this run in California trying to work my way back toward home. After multiple loads fell through, I finally grabbed a $300 run from Merced to Fresno and Exeter. From there, I deadheaded down to Rancho Cucamonga for a long-haul load headed all the way to Nashville, Tennessee. This one turned into a lot more than just another cargo van load. Along the way, I make it back home to El Paso, Texas, show you where I come from, and talk about some real-life things I've been dealing with behind the scenes. Then it's right back on the road. You'll see the actual freight being loaded and strapped down, California scenery, Phoenix, El Paso, Memphis, downtown Nashville, and the final delivery. And just when I thought the run was finished, something happened that could change what comes next. Stay until the end for that one. For now, I'm keeping the numbers simple: total miles and gross pay. Once I get everything straightened out, I'll get back to breaking down fuel, expenses, my 50% driver pay, and the real net profit like I used to.
