Waves, Flowers & Flowing Patterns | Zentangle-Inspired Art

Waves, flowers and flowing patterns come together in this new black-and-white Zentangle-inspired composition. In this video, I share the full process behind this intuitive drawing. The design developed gradually, combining small floral patterns, flowing organic lines, curved forms, repetitive textures and bold black-and-white elements. I enjoyed creating the contrast between the different sections — from the delicate flowers and detailed lines to the large flowing shapes and the textured area at the bottom. Each section was created intuitively, allowing the composition to grow naturally and finding connections between one pattern and the next. The individual patterns are familiar elements, while the way I combine, connect and arrange them into the final composition is my own personal design.
