Take a ride on a Southern California Rapid Transit District (now LA Metro) TMC-built RTS #1985 on the 446 (Downtown LA-San Pedro) along the Harbor Transitway from Harbor Freeway Station to Figueroa Street. This is part of a 30-bus pilot order for Methanol-powered buses, later on converted to Ethanol-powered, then finally converted to diesel for the rest of their lives.
