Morning Qi Flow | Self Energy Healing

Happy October!!! A morning qi flow, moving with the energy. While I am doing energy healing, I enter a trance-like state where I can feel a force coming from my hands and one from my body. Some of the time, I can also feel an invisible force guiding my hands as well. Enjoy seeing the process! I don't expect many people to watch the whole thing honestly lol. Feel free to skip around to see some of the different movements I go through. Much love!
