I Tried the Index Card Management System... and It Saved My Brain!

After watching Natasha from Natasha's Healthy Living share her brilliant breakdown of the classic Sidetracked Home Executives (S.H.E.) index card system, I knew I had to give it a try! In today's video, I’m sharing my unique take on this system. After using FlyLady off and on for five years, I’ve modified her classic zones to create a custom hybrid home-management routine that works specifically for my family’s needs and lifestyle. If you are tired of feeling overwhelmed by housework, and managing your life this low-tech, high-reward system might be exactly what you need! ✨ Why I Love This System: Extremely Time Efficient: Setting it up took way less time than expected. It completely removes the daily "mental load" of figuring out what to clean next, and it eliminates the constant need to update an endless to-do list. I am able to focus on the cards and not my phone. Super Low Cost: You don't need fancy digital apps or expensive planners to get organized. All it takes is a simple index card box, divider tabs, and a pack of index cards! Follow along for more ways to Live YOUR Life Well.
