Getting older changes the way you see time.
At some point, you stop asking how much you can achieve and start asking a different question: what actually deserves the years you have left?
In this video, I share a lesson that took me many years to understand — one that helped me think differently about aging, purpose, regret, family, peace, and the life that still remains.
You do not need to become young again. You do not need to reinvent your entire life. And you do not need some great final mission.
Sometimes, living your remaining years well begins with something much simpler: knowing what to hold onto, what to let go of, who still matters, and what is still worth giving your time to.
If you are over 50, 60, or 70 and have been wondering what comes next, I hope this gives you something worth thinking about.
