LYRICS [Verse 1] Lord, I'm calling, hear my prayer When I was stuck, You met me there You gave me room when I was tight You turned my darkness into light [Chorus] I will lie down and sleep in peace You calm my heart, my fears all cease When the sun goes down tonight I close my eyes, You are my light [Verse 2] How long will they twist my name And turn my honor into shame? But You have set Your own apart And You hear me, You know my heart [Verse 3] When you're angry, don't give in Be still and search your heart within Put your trust in Him alone He'll lead you safely home [Bridge] Many ask, "Who'll show us good?" I've seen You, and I understood Let Your light shine on my face Fill me with Your joy and grace [Outro] You fill my heart with joy untold More than all the grain and gold I close my eyes and rest in peace In Your hands, all troubles cease
