FULL: Ligutan addresses Facebook post on 'misleading question' remark

"CORRECTING A MISTAKE IS NEVER WRONG" Private prosecutor Amando Ligutan during the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday, Aug. 26, addressed the impeachment court on the clamor regarding his Facebook post, stating that "misleading questions are not allowed even on cross examination." The defense team claimed Ligutan's post as taking a swipe, regarding last week's heated exchange between private prosecutor Lorna Kapunan and counsel Kristine Ferrer on Aug. 12, to which the latter the stated that misleading questions are allowed. Ligutan later said that his post is not directed towards the defense, and that correcting a mistake is never wrong, whether it be inside the impeachment court.
