Happy early Halloween. If you can find the easter eggs, post them in the comments below. Time to clear out the catalog, Saya no Uta is a game that I have many thoughts about. It's beautiful, it's disturbing, it's horrific, it's Lovecraftian. It's many things. Not numerous enough to say, "Too numerous to mention," but there exists a small but vocal crowd who believes that Saya no Uta is a work that must be extinguished in order for their minds to feel clean after reading it. Something that must be forgotten. Gen Urobuchi's seminal work is not flawed enough in its depictions to be chastised and thrown aside. We will be heavily discussing what is wrong with the statements being thrown around, and heavily analyzing what makes Saya no Uta work in how it depicts horror. Credit to 1000 Dumplings for the video, (even if I heavily criticize it,) you can find it here:    • Saya no Uta is disgusting.   Music: Various Saya no Uta tracks. Various Killer 7 tracks. She is Fuminori's only ally and lover. Song of Saya is a horror visual novel, taking inspiration from H.P. Lovecraft.
