All-Out Attack

The plaintiff says the defendant accused him of cheating when they were dating even though she was the one who stayed out late. He claims his ex vandalized his car and sprayed him with Mace, so he’s suing. The defendant claims her ex is a womanizer, and says his daughter attacked her. She’s countersuing for breach of contract.
