More Parking Area/ Detention Pond

Trying to finish moving dirt from pond to parking area. Spreading and compacting fill dirt to bring up grade of parking lot. The lot needs to be brought up almost 4' above the road to flow storm water to detention pond. Resetting concrete culvert pipe in ditch to widen out road.
