Sexist tropes tend to be easy to spot. They're all about overriding our default understanding of the equality of the sexes. They make us feel weird and out-of-sorts, even if we don't precisely know why. Feminist tropes, on the other hand, tend to be a lot HARDER to spot, because they're often all about NOT calling attention to the differences between the sexes (most of which I find to be pretty academic).
