🧬 Protein Transport Between ER & Golgi | Cell Biology In this lecture, we explore protein transport between the Endoplasmic Reticulum (ER) and Golgi Apparatus, one of the most important concepts of the Eukaryotic Secretory Pathway. Proteins destined for secretion, the plasma membrane, lysosomes, or other compartments of the endomembrane system are synthesized and processed through a highly organized transport system involving vesicle budding, cargo selection, membrane fusion, and protein sorting.
