The next installment of the WP League took us to one of Cape Town’s most iconic climbs — Red Hill. This wasn’t your typical bunch race. It was an individual timed hill climb, which meant one thing: pure suffering from start to finish. No drafting, no tactics, no hiding in the bunch… just rider versus the clock. With cool conditions, low cloud hanging over the mountain, and a brutal climb ahead, it was time to empty the tank and see what the legs had to give.
