Don Toliver - Ocean / Long way to calabasas (Octane Unreleased)

OCTANE serves as the fifth studio album by American rapper and singer Don Toliver. It serves as the follow-up to his previous album HARDSTONE PSYCHO, and its deluxe, which were both released in 2024. On March 14, 2025, Toliver began hinting at the project during his performance at the Time Nightclub in Costa Mesa, California, where he said: I don’t wanna stop, I might drop this year, fuck it, might say, ‘Fuck it’ and drop a whole ‘nother album on these niggas. I might say fuck it and drop a whole 'nother beautiful project on these niggas On July 25, 2025, following the announcement, Toliver would go on Fault Magazine to announce that a new album was on the way. According to Toliver, his plan was to release in 2025, but later got delayed and postponed to the next year for unknown reasons. On September 5, 2025, Toliver would then release the album’s lead single,“Tiramisu”. The title of the album was revealed through merchandise that was given to fans at his pop-up event at ComplexCon on October 25, where he debuted his new sneaker line in collaboration with Reebok and Billionaire Boys Club called the Icecream Board Flips. On January 22, 2026, Toliver would take to his Instagram account to preview the official album cover art, it’s release date, as well as a pre-order link for OCTANE merchandise. Then, on January 29, 2026, just hours before the release, Toliver would showcase the official 18-song tracklist on his Instagram page. On January 26, 2026, Toliver would make an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show” to preview “E85” and “Long Way To Calabasas.” Following through with his word, Toliver would release the album at midnight on January 30, 2026, with features from Yeat, Travis Scott, Rema, Teezo Touchdown, and SahBabii.
