Fifth Falls and Superior Hiking Trail Loop - Minnesota’s North Shore Hike – Lake Superior

This is a stunning hike with amazing views of waterfalls. Fifth Falls is known to be the smallest waterfall in Gooseberry Falls State Park. You will hike along the Gooseberry River toward Upper, Middle, and Lower Falls. There is a parking lot next to Gooseberry Falls Visitor Center Theater. The trail is well-maintained, but some sections are muddy. This trail offers a hike through breathtaking landscapes, lush forests, and awe-inspiring waterfalls, river rapids, and cascades Seasonal wildflowers and birdwatching.
