It is easy to get caught up in the idea that we must work endlessly to deserve happiness, but lately, I have been leaning into the truth that inner joy is simply part of our nature. This reflection is for anyone who feels the weight of trying to earn their worth. I am sharing my thoughts on how we can stop striving and start resting in the natural flow of life.
