But after his first bite, his expression made it pretty clear that plain ragi wasn’t really his favourite! 😂 So I had already kept some mashed banana ready. I decided to try giving ragi with banana, and guess what? ❤️ Avyaan actually started enjoying it! In this video, I’m sharing our little ragi introduction journey, his funny reaction to plain ragi, and how he reacted when I offered it with banana. Ragi is a nutritious whole grain that provides nutrients including calcium, iron, fibre and carbohydrates. I prefer introducing new foods gradually and keeping the preparation simple so I can see how my baby responds.
