The provided short tips will help you in your approach and differential diagnosis. Our cases: 1. Urinary bladder calcification (bilharzial). 2. Urinary bladder carcinoma (small exophytic polypid mass T1 stage). 3. Lobar nephronia and acute pyelitis. 4. Urinary bladder carcinoma (exophytic polypid mass T1 stage). 5. Urinary bladder carcinoma (polypoid exophytic mass T2 stage). 6. Complete duplication of the urinary system-stone on top of ureterocele. 7. Hutch urinary bladder diverticulum- ascending infection and renal abscess. Cases of Dr Fathallah Awad: 8. SCD under medical treatment (hydroxyurea) showing multiple bilateral renal ischemic Vasculopathy / infarction 9. Isolated left renal vein thrombosis- hepatic haemangioma. 10. Renal neoplastic mass (RCC)- Left renal double J ureteric catheter 11. Cesarean scar non ruptured ectopic pregnancy. 12.
