Its remnants are pushing heavy rain, gusty winds, and coastal flooding into Southern California and the Southwest today. Before the storm arrived, yellowtail fishing was outstanding across Baja. Farther north, the Potato Bank near San Nicolas Island produced big bluefin tuna. Anglers also found huge blue marlin and excellent yellowfin tuna action.
