Scarborough Busway Opening Day (September 30, 2026)

Line 3 (Scarborough RT) closed in 2023, now a new form of transit has taken over a section of its former route. The Scarborough Busway is Toronto's first true busway. It runs from Kennedy Station to Ellesmere Ave, and hopes to speed up travel times and fill the gap left by Line 3 closure, while we wait for the Scarborough Subway. TT Videographer Damian WK Baranowski was on hand to cover opening day.
