I started my morning by tidying up the house and giving the kitchen a good cleaning before getting ready to prepare breakfast and lunch. With my sister-in-law around for the holidays, we decided to cook together, making the kitchen even more lively and enjoyable. ❤️ While I prepared the ingredients for our delicious beans and plantain, my sister-in-law got busy making a refreshing fruit salad to serve as an appetizer. It was such a lovely experience having someone to cook with, share stories with, and enjoy the little moments of family life together. As the beans and plantain cooked and the fruit salad came together, the kitchen was filled with the delicious smell of homemade food. There is something special about preparing a meal with family — it makes the food taste even better! Finally, everything was ready.
