A Quiet Walk in the Chiltern Hills | 6 Minutes to Reset

Last week I decided to take Monday off - because who doesn't like a Monday off work?! Sometimes you just feel the need to get out for a walk, or perhaps a longer hike This video takes you on a quiet walk through the Chiltern Hills, following a 16km route starting and finishing in Aldbury, and taking in the countryside around Ashridge and Ivinghoe Beacon along the way. There’s no talking in this one — just the landscape, the sound of the countryside and some ambient, reflective music. Woodland paths, open countryside, hills, birdsong and a bit of time away from the usual noise. So grab a cup of tea (or coffee!), take a few minutes for yourself, and come for a walk through the Chilterns. How to do this route: 1) Download the Ordnance Survey maps app ('OS Maps') 2) Go to 'Routes' 3) Search for 'Aldbury to the Beacon and back through Ashridge' 4) You can then view the route in more detail, start it, or download it for later use. To download it for offline/low signal use, you will need an OS Maps Premium account. At the time of writing this is around £35 per year but offers are available from time to time.
