60 TV Shows From the 1980s That Got BANNED and Nobody Noticed

In 1988, a Mississippi minister named Donald Wildmon watched a Saturday morning cartoon and told the country that Mighty Mouse was sniffing cocaine. CBS quietly cut the scene, and most of the kids watching never knew anything was missing. These are sixty TV shows from the 1980s that got banned, and nobody noticed. Funny how a missing episode never feels missing until somebody points at the hole. If one of these was a regular in your living room, drop its name in the comments so somebody else can finally place that half-remembered theme song. Most of what we covered here never got a press release, just an empty time slot and a new show in its place. 1980sTV #BannedTVShows #1980s #RetroTV #Nostalgia
