Manohar, an honest engineer, attempts to expose Singhania Builders for constructing a school with substandard materials, which collapses, killing several innocent children. However, Singhania is so ruthless that he eliminates Manohar. Then comes our hero, Surya (Mithun Chakraborty), a dangerous shooter and killer known as "Sur," who can kill anyone for money. He has principles that prevent him from assaulting women and holds his mother in high regard. Singhania hires Surya to eliminate his enemies, offering him 15 lakh rupees. However, Surya gradually realizes that Singhania is a ruthless man who plays with people's lives. The twist in the story comes when Surya confronts Singhania's atrocities against an innocent girl, Bobby, and her family. Surya's conscience awakens, and he decides to fight for justice, not money. Singhania attempts to subdue Surya, insulting him by calling him a dog and a eunuch, and threatening to kill the girl with a laser beam machine. However, Surya demonstrates that those who dance Bhangra over the corpses of their enemies never give up. In the climax, Surya destroys Singhania's entire empire, kills his henchmen, and finally forces Singhania to dance to a duet. In the film's final scene, Surya and his associates surrender themselves to the law so that Manohar's wife and the souls of the innocent children who were sacrificed due to this corruption can find peace. This movie is a perfect blend of Mithun Da's excellent action and emotional drama.
