Shimpo Mini Slab Roller...Help!!

I was so excited to get my new Shimpo slab roller. I had no idea what I was in for! After many failed attempts and lots of frustration, I think I finally figured it out. Has anyone else had similar problems? Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
