Frickley Country parkrun, #224 on 27/04/24

Saturday the 27th April, running the Frickley Country parkrun. 224th parkrun and 2nd at Frickley Country. Returning to Frickley Country parkrun for their 200th event. Another chilly morning, with some sun but also cold wind blowing. Started virtually at the front so didn't held up, tried not to push too hard on the opening stint as I knew how hard it would be on the legs, but it made no difference as the les felt shot anyway after the climbs, held on best I could and to managed to squeeze in to get a course PB ! Official finishing time of 20:25 setting a new course PB 6th placed finisher out of 97 and 1st in the 40-44 age group My PB remains at Clumber Park parkrun 19:28 (   • Clumber Park, parkrun 21/09/19 2nd finishe...  ) Full results https://www.parkrun.org.uk/frickleyco...
