Ultrasound Case of the Day Patient presenting with obstructive jaundice due to pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Ultrasound demonstrates multiple liver metastases and intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation. The common bile duct is markedly dilated and can be followed distally to the prepapillary segment, where it is compressed and infiltrated by the pancreatic mass.
