Enjoy The Silence - The Beauty of Making Art Without a Reason - Easy painting

Hi Everybody! I am once again with a small issue with my voice, but wanted to share something regardless, so it is going to be a little different. No talk, just the sound of painting. Sometimes we forget how much pleasure there can be in doing something simply because we enjoy doing it. Making art does not always have to be about improving, achieving, expressing something profound, or creating something meaningful. It does not always need a purpose or a reason. Sometimes, we can simply paint. There is a particular beauty in simplicity. In allowing ourselves to do something without placing too many expectations on it. Not because we are lowering our standards, but because we are recognising that not everything in life needs to carry a great weight of meaning. A quiet moment can be enough. And perhaps that is one of the things art can give us that we sometimes forget: a place where can simply be there for the sake of being there.
