New Balance 5th Avenue Mile 2026 | Full Course

Come along for the New Balance 5th Avenue Mile 2026 in New York City! In this video, I filmed the full 1-mile course, along with footage from some of the age-group races, so you can experience the race from start to finish. I was also dealing with a knee injury going into this race, so I wasn't able to approach the race exactly how I wanted.
