One Song, Two Worlds: From London to Bogotá | Larizzle x Queens Tafari 🇬🇧🇨🇴

Two years ago, Larah Records travelled to Bogotá, Colombia, for a special cultural exchange bringing together Larizzle and Bogotá-based artists Queens Tafari. Over two days, Larizzle and Queen Stafari came together at Iman Music Studio to write and create a new song, sharing ideas, sounds and influences across cultures and continents. The collaboration was supported by the British Council through grant funding and was developed in partnership with Teatro Colsubsidio as part of its Afro-Diaspora Festival. The creative process in the studio was only the beginning. The project culminated in a unique live experience at Teatro Colsubsidio, where Larizzle performed an hour-long DJ set on the theatre stage. During the set, Queen Stafari joined him on stage to perform the song they had created together during the writing camp — bringing the collaboration from the studio to a live audience in Bogotá. This documentary captures that journey: the creative process, the cultural exchange, the people behind the project and the moment the music came alive on stage. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this collaboration possible: 🎶 Artists Larizzle   / larizzleofficial   Queen Stafari   / queenstafari   🎥 Documentary Director: Adriana Bernal-Mor   / adribernalmor   Bicéfala Cine   / bicefalacine   🎬 Production / Project Producer: Maria Paula Cote Silva   / m_p.cote   📸 Photography Carolina Assik   / carolinaassik   🎧 Studio Iman Music Studio   / imanmusicestudio   📝 Label Larah Records   / larahrecords   🎭 Venue / Festival Teatro Colsubsidio   / teatrocolsubsidio   Afro-Diaspora Festival 2024 🔤 Subtitles Andrés Morales   / andymode   🇬🇧🇨🇴 Cultural Exchange Support Supported by the British Council through grant funding   / britishcouncilco   Thank you to everyone involved in creating, supporting and documenting this special exchange between Colombia and the UK.
