LS400 Windscreen Leak Fix and Problems With the Instrument Cluster

I've hardly been able to use Sumo, my Lexus LS400 since I bought it as it was filling up with water. The screen was the culprit and has to be refitted. I also tackle the non lighting instrument cluster.. with limited success!
