I WENT TO MY FIRST BTS CONCERT BEFORE THE NEW TOUR...I WAS NOT READY

I thought I was going to a regular concert. I was wrong. 😂 Before I had even listened to a full BTS album, I went to see J Hope live in Chicago and got my first REAL introduction to ARMY. The screaming. The freebies. The outfits. The light sticks. The woofing. The fire. THE AMOUNT OF FIRE. 😭 I was warned to bring earplugs. I didn't listen. Big mistake. ARMY was literally louder than the fireworks. But underneath all the chaos, this concert was the first time I started to understand just how different BTS and ARMY really are. I saw people of every age in the building. Fans traveling from city to city. People learning Korean because of BTS. Thousands of people knowing every word. And J Hope controlling an entire arena like he'd been doing it his whole life. And yes...some of y'all were acting VERY questionable when that man got on stage. 😂 This was BEFORE the VaRMY to ARMY journey really began. Now that BTS is coming back together and we're heading toward the new tour, I had to finally tell the full story of the concert that made me realize: I might need to investigate these BTS dudes a little more.
