NYMR Steam Gala 2026 | Day 2

Welcome back to another action packed day at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. This time, day 2 brings even more incredible steam action, with a fantastic line-up of visiting locomotives joining the NYMR's impressive home fleet. In this video, we take a look at some truly special visitors, including the iconic GWR Castle Class No.4079 Pendennis Castle, A magnificently restored and kept T3 Class locomotive and lastly the legendary A4 Pacific Class Loco No.60007 Sir Nigel Gresley. Alongside these visiting stars, there's also a great selection of loco's resident to the NYMR, making for a fantastic day of steam and heritage railway action across the stunning Yorkshire Moors. I've included a few clips of drone footage in this episode, giving you some spectacular aerial views of the railway, locos and the beautiful North Yorkshire Landscape.
