Augusta Vs Cartethyia: Who's the BEST Dps For ToA? - 3.1 Tower Of Adversity Floor 4- Wuthering Waves

Playing perfectly would set carte's final timer around 03.00 minutes, while augusta's should be around 03.14. Augusta's standard rotation is 25.00 seconds long while cartethyia's is 28.5 seconds. Chisa adds a bit of dmg to it but she also extends this rotation by 1 second. I didn't use her here because of Scar's resistance to havoc. 0:00 Cartethyia 3:25 Augusta 6:41 Builds
