On this walking tour, we'll explore Rue Saint-Catherine. Starting at the International Nuits d’Afrique Festival in the Parterre du Quartier des Spectacles, we will get to Rue Sainte-Catherine and head to the East. When we get to Rue du Havre, we'll turn to get on Rue Notre-Dame and finish when after crossing Rue Frontenac. 📍The International Nuits d'Afrique Festival, held annually in mid-July in the heart of downtown Montreal, showcases plenty of artists from Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Visitors can enjoy free outdoor concerts, a vibrant market, and authentic food stalls at the Quartier des Spectacles, alongside ticketed indoor shows at various venues. 📍The stretch of Rue Sainte-Catherine, from Rue Saint-Hubert to Avenue Papineau is the heart of Le Village, Montréal's 2SLGBTQ+ district. Between mid May and mid October, the street transforms into a vibrant, car-free pedestrian zone filled with lively bar and restaurant patios, a thriving nightlife, street events, and public art installations. 👍 Please Like and Subscribe if you enjoyed the video! 00:00 - International Nuits d'Afrique Festival 04:57 - Rue Sainte-Catherine 16:06 - 2SLGBTQ+ Village 28:44 - Rue Sainte-Catherine 42:54 - Rue Notre-Dame 📹 4K UHD 60fps 🎧 No talking.
