Recently, I was going through the gallery on my old phone from my senior high school days, and I realized I had SO many clips from my first visit to Myanmar that I never got around to putting together. So... here we are! ₊˚⊹ᰔ Why Myanmar, you may ask? Well, my dad used to work there, so my family and I got the opportunity to visit! When we first arrived, it honestly felt like we had travelled back in time. People were still dressed in traditional clothing, the old colonial-era buildings were beautifully preserved (if I remember correctly, Myanmar was once under British rule!), and the people were surprisingly friendly! A few years later, my family and I went back for a second visit, and guess what? There was STILL so much more to explore. Somehow, the second trip felt just as exciting as the first!
