I Thought My Pepper Plants Were Done… But They Had Other Plans!

The pepper plants in our Texas garden have had quite a season! 🌶️ In this video, I'm harvesting the last of our peppers from the garden—including jalapeños, Tabasco peppers, Hot Peter peppers, hot banana peppers and shishito peppers. The Texas heat has been hard on some of the plants, while others are still producing like crazy. I'm also taking down some of the pepper plants and sharing why I'm careful when handling the peppers. But just when I thought pepper season was over, something unexpected happened… A couple of weeks later, several of the pepper plants started growing again! This is just another part of learning how to garden here at Double N Farm. Some things grow better than expected, some don't make it, and sometimes the garden surprises us.
