చెలరేగిపోతున్న బిగ్ బ్రదర్ : Revanth Brother's Real Estate Game? | Narsingi 100-feet Road Alignment

A major controversy has erupted in Narsingi, Hyderabad, over a proposed 100-foot road alignment that residents of Seven Hills and Western Meadows apartments say could put their homes and essential facilities at risk. According to the allegations highlighted in this report, more than 850 families, including retired employees and middle-class residents, are concerned about road markings reportedly made near their apartment buildings on September 26, 2026. Residents question why the proposed alignment passes through basement parking areas and existing facilities when alternative roads and open spaces are available nearby. The controversy also raises questions about HMDA's planning decisions, land auctions and the alleged benefits to private real estate interests. Claims involving a potential ₹150 crore benefit and a disputed ₹40 crore open space have added to the concerns. These allegations require official clarification and independent verification. Following the issue being raised by BRS leaders, officials reportedly visited the affected colonies, where residents expressed their objections and demanded answers. Why was this road alignment proposed? Were alternative routes properly considered? What is the status of the residents' complaints? And will the Telangana government review the proposed alignment? Watch this detailed report on the Narsingi 100-foot road controversy, the concerns of affected families and the questions surrounding HMDA's decisions.
