3x THE G.O.D SET IN 15MIN (SERG, JAVI, CHRISTIAN)

After my first workshop in Italy, Serg, Christian and me tried The G.O.D SET, 50pull ups 1muscle up 50sbds without leaving the bar. (Serg did 100 sbds lol) Maybe this is the first time that someone does 3 god sets in the same the day (in 15 minutes). It wasn’t the best performance for Christian and me, anyway was epic.
