Wanchai "Cookie" Lokwichi Sparring at Legacy Stronghold, Muay Thai, BJJ, & MMA gym, Mississauga

Legacy Stronghold was thrilled to host Wanchai "Cookie" Lokwichit, a respected Muay Thai veteran and multiple-time stadium champion from Thailand, for an immersive seminar focused on authentic, old-school Muay Thai. With decades of experience competing and coaching in the heart of Thailand’s Muay Thai scene, Wanchai brought a deep understanding of timing, rhythm, and fight IQ that only a true Thai master can deliver. In this exclusive event, students had the chance to learn traditional techniques rarely taught outside of Thailand, from graceful footwork and masterful defense to powerful counters and clinch finesse. Wanchai's hands-on approach, charismatic energy, and technical precision made this seminar both educational and deeply inspiring for all who attended. Legacy Stronghold in Mississauga continues to preserve and promote the art of Muay Thai by hosting world-class instructors and legends of the sport. Join us for future seminars that offer direct access to the rich traditions and techniques of Thailand’s national art. ✘ I N S T A G R A M: @legacy.universe ✘ W E B S I T E: www.legacyfightclub.com (Barrie location) & www.legacystronghold.com (Mississauga location) ✘ F I G H T S T O R E: www.legacyfightgoods.com ✘ F A C E B O O K: facebook.com/legacyfightclub ✉ C O N T A C T: legacyfightclub2014@gmail.com #teamlegacy #whatsyourlegacy #muaythai #kickboxing #sparring #training #fighter #gym #barrie #mississauga
