What does it mean to be a spiritually healthy Christian?
In Week 1 of our new sermon series HEALTHY, Pastor Dan shares from John 15:1–11 where Jesus gives one of His clearest invitations to discipleship: “Remain in me.”
Before we focus on doing more, serving more, growing more or achieving more, Jesus calls us to stay deeply connected to Him. In this message we explore what it means to **abide in Christ**, how spiritual fruit is produced, why God prunes us, and how our relationship with Jesus becomes the foundation for a healthy Christian life.
Big Idea: Healthy disciples are deeply connected to Jesus, because lasting fruit only comes from abiding in Him.
In this message:
What it means to remain in Jesus
How to grow spiritually as a Christian
The meaning of the vine and branches in John 15
Why God prunes us
How spiritual fruit develops
